Designed for comfort, space, and accessibility, this mountain getaway features elevator access, a thoughtful multi-level layout, and plenty of room for families or multi-generational groups to spread out and relax.

With three private King bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and flexible bonus sleeping areas, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The main living level includes a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) and a primary King suite with easy access from parking, entry, and the elevator — making this an excellent choice for guests who value convenience without sacrificing views or privacy.

Highland Koselig Lodge sits high on a Smoky Mountain ridge in the gated Shagbark community, offering outstanding panoramic views, privacy, and a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families and multi-generational groups. The cabin features elevator access to all three floors, making it a rare and comfortable option for guests with mobility considerations.

The cabin includes three enclosed King bedrooms, a main-floor primary suite with a handicap-accessible walk-in shower, and flexible bonus sleeping areas to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. In addition to the primary suite, there is a bunk room with a privacy curtain, a double bed in a curtained nook, and two futons in the loft. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the lower-level game room. Four full bathrooms are provided, including three with walk-in showers and one with a tub/shower combination.

The main living level features a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), an open gathering space, and easy access from the level, paved parking area. Downstairs, the game room includes a pool table with ping pong topper, foosball, TV, cornhole, and direct access to the covered hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the Smokies.

A Generac whole-house generator automatically powers the cabin during local outages, ensuring comfort and convenience year-round.

The well-equipped kitchen includes both Keurig and Mr. Coffee makers, starter K-cups, creamer and sweeteners, and a selection of snacks to begin your stay. Guests are also provided with beach towels for the hot tub, hand soap at each sink, starter toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Located within the 1,300-acre Shagbark community, guests have access to seasonal amenities including a swimming pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day), tennis court, basketball goal, pickleball, frisbee golf, playground, and a scenic creek area. Shagbark is a designated wildlife sanctuary, and sightings of native animals are possible. The cabin offers a peaceful, private mountain setting approximately 20–25 minutes from Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes from Dollywood, with the scenic drive being part of the experience.
