Hear the creek all year in the large screened porch. Level with Pigeon Forge - no hills to drive up to get to the cabin. 3 king bedrooms, pet-friendly with a large grassy yard, hot tub, arcade game station, and an outdoor fire pit by the creek.

Three enclosed king bedrooms, 2 baths. The great room has a very comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, and recliner. Located in Shagbark Community - close to the community swimming pool and game court where you can play tennis, pickleball, basketball, or cornhole.

Enjoy listening to the water rushing while sitting on the screened-in deck, talking with friends and family while the children play in the big, level front yard. For those hot days of summer, cool off in the swimming pool, just a walk away, or play some tennis on the courts with the equipment provided.

Home is in the mountains, but NO mountain roads to drive. The paved road is the same elevation as Pigeon Forge all the way. Great for kids and grandparent-friendly. So much to see and do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or the Smoky Mountain National Park. During the day, enjoy fishing, golfing, swimming, or hiking and great shopping! Learn the best-kept secret - spring, early June, second half of August, and early November are the BEST times to come to the Smoky Mountains - MISS THE CROWDS WITH WEEKDAY STAYS!

HASSLE-FREE CHECK-IN WE USE A DOOR KEYBOX with CODES provided about 10 days before check-in once your required driver names and cell phone are provided so Shagbark can send texts during your stay - STRAIGHT FROM HOME TO COTTAGE TO START YOUR WONDERFUL VACATION.

You will find both Keurig and Mr. Coffee style coffee pots, some K-cup pods in different flavors, creamer pods, sugar and sweetener packets, and some snacks to start your stay. There is a basket of beach towels for the hot tub, hand pump soap at each sink, small soap packages, paper towels, 2 new toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, dish soap, and dishwasher pods. The COTTAGE is supplied with laundry detergent, towels, beach towels, paper products, and it has a full kitchen.

Here at Clearfork Farm, we want your stay to be pleasant and comfortable in this enchanted cottage close to Pigeon Forge. The Shagbark Community has a 24/7 manned security gate with a texting system to keep guests aware of safety and helpful community information. You will find 2 common areas available to you at no cost. The meadow pavilion area by the creek has a walking trail, dog park, playground, Frisbee golf, tether ball, pavilion with picnic tables, and a small putting green. Further along N. Clear Fork, past the Community Center, is the Shagbark swimming pool and large court with tennis, pickleball, cornhole, and basketball with equipment provided.
