PONDEROSA is 3.5 miles from Veterans Blvd, the back entrance to Dollywood and the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Only 5 minutes to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at the approach to the National Park and Gatlinburg.

Good location but a strong sewer smell especially when all showers were used. Many of the doors did not latch properly when closed. Overall, cabin needs some routine maintenance and updating.
Cabin was beautiful very spacious, although 2 room's had bedbugs so we were unable to use 1 from for two nights and the second room for one night. One guest left with over 8 bites causing her to result to taking benadryl to help ease the itching. The owner gave us a $200 refund.
